Wonderful Stay Experience

I spent four wonderful nights here. The reception staff was very cute and helpful. They assisted with directions and provided great local recommendations. The room and bathroom were very clean. The kitchenette had all essentials like a microwave, hob, and coffee machine. The air conditioning was such a relief because it was a very warm week.
It required a brief wait sometimes.

The breakfast buffet featured bacon, scrambled eggs. a continental selection that offered something for everyone. The dining area includes large windows, so you can enjoy beautiful light. The space felt very well maintained.

I found the breakfast very good. The staff were helpful and polite . The cleanliness was really good and consistent. The location provided easy access to attractions and numerous nearby restaurants.
The hot water was not consistently available in the building across from the main hotel, a definite inconvenience.

Breakfast offered a wide selection. I saw fruit, yogurt in glass jars, bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, and continental items. Freshly baked bread and croissants were available. fresh fruit juice, tea, coffee, and prosecco were also provided.

Room 309 had a hob, a microwave, a safe, and a mini-bar with a freezer. I also noticed a hairdryer and a coffee machine with tea and coffee sachets. The bed was huge and quite comfortable .

The hotel is a five-minute walk to the Opera House. I noted that it is about 10 minutes walk to St Stephen's Basilica. Chain Bridge is about 20 minutes away on foot.

acceptable stay with a few drawbacks
plumbing noisetv connection
the room i had, the 'on-site apartment', felt smaller than expected. i could hear noise from the plumbing at night (specifically when someone used the toilet). this constant sound was quite bothersome and impacted my sleep quality. the smart tv in my room would not connect properly. (it was frustrating) and that was a big inconvenience.
